Vampires

The task aims to introduce the concept of exponential growth by using the scenario of vampires turning people into more vampires when they bite them. A simple model is proposed for how this may take place and there is opportunity for students to critically evaluate the results of their model in terms of whether vampires do exist!

The initial rules that determine the model could be amended to allow for new scenarios (e.g. humans fighting back against vampires) and see how this changes the model.
